As promised, here is the list of prefixed plout verbs. They are listed here in order of frequency, obviously. There are more, but the line had to be drawn somewhere and with fewer than ten hits ...Frequency is valuable to learners as it provides criteria for prioritising vocabulary learning.
Some processing to come. What I am seriously wondering is the value of learning this set of vocabulary with its most typical subjects and objects (if transitive), prepositions etc. Is this the way forward? I seriously hope so.
